Jillian Tozer is a community planner, local business owner, and dedicated Valley Ridge Academy PTO leader running for the St. Johns County School Board in District 4. With a degree in Community and Regional Planning and experience managing million-dollar business budgets, Jillian is running to bring fiscal accountability and data-driven solutions to our district’s explosive growth. As a mother of two who moved to St. Johns County specifically for the quality of its schools, she is stepping up to protect our #1 state ranking, fight for competitive teacher pay, and keep politics out of the classroom. To prove her commitment to our schools over politics, Jillian has pledged to donate half of her school board salary directly back to District 4 PTOs..
